Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices promptly; follow up on
outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
Handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations,
including payment processing and managing cash inflows
Track overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up
actions to facilitate collections
Accurately
record accounts receivable transactions, receipts, and journal
entries in the accounting system
Prepare and
distribute monthly account statements to customers
Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure
accuracy of records
Support the month-end
closing process to maintain up-to-date financial
reporting
Carry out additional administrative
and accounting tasks as
required

Min. O
level
Min. 1 year of experience in related
field
Familiar with AR, AP, cash management,
and transaction recording
Familiar with MS
Office (Word, Excel)
Able to commit to work
late when required to meet deadlines or during peak
periods
Experience with accounting software
(Navision) is a plus
