We are looking for customer service / call center agents for our client. Job Description :
Responding to customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Ensuring timely resolution of issues through prompt follow-ups. Effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints and feedback. Providing operational support by working overtime when necessary. Contributing to ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as directed by management. Job Requirements :
Diploma or degree with relevant work experience. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Possesses a positive, customer‑centric approach. Flexibility to work overtime when required. Salary & Misc :
$3200 - $3800 / Month (Based on Experience / Qualification) Completion bonus of 0.5 Months or 1 Month Opportunities to advance within the company and transition into other roles Annual Leaves & Medical Leaves For faster application :
