Our integrated family of companies — HG Design and HG Works — ensures a seamless experience from concept to completion. We pride ourselves on personalised service, transparent communication, and uncompromising quality craftsmanship.

As we expand beyond Design & Build into full Lifecycle Real Estate Services (Project Management, Facilities Management, Advisory), we’re looking for a leader to head our new Integrated Real Estate Services vertical.

The Role

As General Manager, Integrated Real Estate Services , you will pioneer this new business unit, bringing together Project Management, Facilities Management, and Advisory / Feasibility services. Full P&L responsibility — your goal is to build recurring revenue streams, uphold the HG Group standard for service excellence, and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new business in real estate, development, and FM services, leveraging existing HG Group client networks.
• Design and roll out integrated service offerings : PM, FM ops, Advisory / Feasibility.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team (PMs, FM operations, consultants).
• Oversee vendor partnerships (cleaning, security, ACMV, landscaping), ensuring high quality and efficient cost.
• Set and monitor service delivery metrics; ensure SLA compliance and high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy, pricing models, market positioning.
• Own vertical’s budgeting, forecasts, financial performance; manage P&L.
