Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas

• Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes.
• Participate / implement group work to target client groups or other stakeholders / agencies.
• Participate in community development initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director & Head of FSC / Director / Management.
