Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes.
- Participate / implement group work to target client groups or other stakeholders / agencies.
- Participate in community development initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director & Head of FSC / Director / Management.
Required qualifications and experience
Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience working with individuals / families is an added advantage.Good report writing skill.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good organisational skill.Tell employers what skills you have
