Roles & Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement improvement program to enhance operational efficiency
• Accountable for the process improvement projects
• Strong coaching skills, you will liaise with different departments and guide various parties to accomplish the milestones of the projects with proper monitoring and measuring methods
• Drive continuous improvement culture throughout the company
• Conduct regular review / audit of all ongoing improvement projects
• Support Sigma Director to manage the company's Continuous Improvement plans, KPI measurement and monitoring, and other projects and analytical works
• Manage trouble shooting support and take corrective / preventive actions to meet VOC I VOB requirements
• Provide operations staff with training on Sigma tools & Lean concepts
