Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone / online catering sales enquiries
- Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
- Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
- Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
- Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
- Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions
Requirements
Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantageAble to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clientsSelf discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgencyMust be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales orientedOutgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team playerWorking days : 5 days
