Job descriptionAttend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering With at least 5 years of experience in chillers (maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, annual shutdown) With technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified

- Salary $3000 - $4500 + OT payable
- Location : Ang Mo Kio
- Working days / hours : Mon – Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
