Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
- Lead project bidding efforts, including preparing proposals and pricing strategies
- Represent the company in client-facing interviews and presentation
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders
Prepare regular project reports and documentation
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of proven experience in local construction project managementStrong background in bidding processes and client presentationsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)PMP , BCCPE or equivalent certification is a plusFluent in English
