Roles & Responsibilities
🪄Working location : Central
🪄Mon to Fri 9am – 5.30pm
🪄Salary : up to $4,500
Job Duties :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new members and grow the club's membership base while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective members through networking events and industry gatherings.
- Conduct personalized tours of the club, providing prospective members with an in-depth understanding of the club’s amenities, offerings, and benefits.
- Maintain the club’s CRM Management system to ensure all members’ data are up to date.
- Work closely with Lifestyle Producer and Concierge team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new members. Assist in creating and organizing exclusive events to showcase the club to potential members.
- Gather feedback from prospective and new members about their experience with the sales process, offering insights to improve the sales cycle and overall member acquisition.
- Regularly report sales performance, member acquisition rates, and progress towards targets to the Use data to adjust strategies and improve results.
Requirement :
Tertiary education is preferredRelevant 2- 3 years’ experience in Hospitality industry or work within a private members’ club or similar high-end service environmentResourceful, independent, possesses initiative and driveExcellent Negotiation skillsWork experience in Singapore and / or APAC market is essentialAn existing network of contacts within high-net-worth community is preferred.EA License No : 19C9611
