Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer service, sales support, and operations coordination to ensure smooth handling of client event rental requests. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on the company’s products and services, including availability and specifications of rental inventory.
- Prepare and send quotations for client events based on their requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure accurate order fulfilment and smooth event execution.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s rental inventory and operational processes.
- Assist in resolving client issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks related to event rental bookings, documentation, and invoicing.
- Contribute to a positive and professional image of the company through excellent service delivery.
