SOQ International Academy is a forward-thinking education provider, offering vocational and professional training in beauty, wellness, digital marketing, and AI. As we expand, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive (Part Time) to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage training-related documents such as course materials, forms, and certificates
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities within the academy
- Maintain and update the Training Management System (TMS)
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of learner information, course details, and schedules
- Assist with learner onboarding and registration processes
- Coordinate class schedules, communicate with learners, and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in coordinating assessments, collecting results, and submitting to the relevant authorities or portals
- Support management and trainers with additional tasks as required
- Handle general office administration, filing, and correspondence
Requirements :
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital systemsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksBonus Points If You Have :
Experience in the education or training industryFamiliarity with government funding frameworks such as SSG / WSQKnowledge of administrative requirements related to adult learning institutionsTell employers what skills you have
