Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare board reports (monthly sales update / meetings). Support management and operations with Operations process improvement.
Maintain all Operations files (e.g., downloads, email approvals).
Assist in scheduling, tracking, and reporting on maintenance, equipment, and inspection routines for vehicles, fire, and public liability insurance.
Manage OneDrive vehicle folders, maintain up-to-date insurance, equipment, and regulatory documentation.
Arrange couriers, coordinate monthly manhours summaries, and monitor expiry for courses / applications / licenses.
Be backup for data-entry, assist in ad-hoc correspondence (MOM / ACE Team), tenancy renewals, and dormitory issues.
Ensure timely support for procurement documentation, order processing, and tracking of material allocation across projects.
Willing to work at West area.
Assist in scheduling for CEO and COO and Operations manager, including booking of air tickets and accommodations. Manage office equipments and supplies.
Monitoring projects daily and providing an updated report on progress. Prepare clients billing templates, timesheet and work completion report for Finance DO and invoice issuance.
