Test Engineer (Advantest V93k / Teradyne Uflex)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on ATE platforms (Advantest 93k – SmarTest 7 / 8, Teradyne UFLEX) .
• Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization across PVT, and production release.
• Perform digital vector debug (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, MBIST) and characterize Mixed Signal IPs (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.).
• Support production ramp-up, yield improvement, and test time optimization through cross-functional teamwork.
