Key Responsibilities
- Able to develop and execute pre-defined test cases, from user requirement and technical specification to ensure coverage of testing
- Identify software issues when the result is not as expected outcome, document the steps and report the issues / bugs to QA Lead / Developer.
- Document and capture test artefact and result for reporting and review.
- Proactive collaboration and lead to identify and escalating impediments or risks that require attention from senior leadership to keep the project on track.
- Perform other testing related duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering or any related courses.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience testing, ideally within the fintech or payment terminal industry.Good Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, and charting to build and manage dashboards for progress trackingGood communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical skills to synthesize information, issue and present status updates clearly and effectively to relevant team.Familiar and have working knowledge in using JIRA and Confluence.Self-starter, driven and adaptable individual that thrives in a dynamic & fast paced environment and ability to work as a team player or individual with little supervision.EA License No. – 25C2690 | EA Registration No. - R1330510
