About the

Role

We are looking for

a passionate and motivated Digital Marketing and Sales Manager to

join our team in Singapore. This role is suitable for candidates

with less than 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow

in both digital marketing and sales. You will support online

marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and assist the

sales team in acquiring and servicing

Digital

Marketing

• Assist in planning,

executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns (Google Ads,

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RED XiaohongShu,

etc.)

social media and website to increase brand

awareness

(SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

activities

prepare reports with key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates,

etc.)

external vendors for marketing materials and

promotions

Sales & Business

Development

and developing new business opportunities

Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client

servicing

presentation materials for clients

good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales

support

to align campaigns with sales

targets

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related

fields

(fresh graduates are welcome)

digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager,

TikTok Ads, , RED XiaohongShu, etc.)

knowledge of SEO / SEM, social media management, and content creation

is a plus

customer engagement

interpersonal skills (Mandarin proficiency is required; basic

English preferred for business use)

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to

learn

SGD 5,000 - 7,000 per month (depending on

experience)
