Roles & Responsibilities

1. Marketing Area :

Core Purpose : Lead and execute communication strategies to strengthen CaringSG’s visibility, credibility, and engagement with caregivers, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement CaringSG’s communications strategy and content calendar.

• Manage social media channels (FB / IG / TikTok / LinkedIn), email campaigns, and website updates.
• Write and edit copy for newsletters, press releases, reports, proposals, speeches, and event communications.
• Liaise with media partners, corporate allies, and stakeholders to secure coverage and visibility.
• Track performance metrics (engagement rates, open / click rates, media mentions) and prepare comms reports.
• Support fundraising campaigns with donor-centric storytelling and outreach.
• Oversee alignment of communication across internal teams

Qualifications

Education :

Degree / Diploma holders in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, or related field.

Experience :

At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or digital design (non-profit or social service sector experience is an advantage).

Proven track record in developing and executing integrated communication strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, web, print).

Hands-on experience in creating compelling content (written, visual, and multimedia) for campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement.

Technical Competencies :

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management, email marketing, analytics dashboards, CRM).

Strong design capabilities with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.

Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.

Soft Skills :

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability with attention to detail.

Creative eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and with external partners.

Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines.

Passion for social impact, caregiver empowerment, and community advocacy.

Salary : $3,500- $4,000
