Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in a Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or within a CMMI- or ISO 9001 : 2015-certified software environment . Strong knowledge of CMMI Development, software quality principles, and ISO 9001 systems . Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and related processes. Strong auditing and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes of process issues. Ability to spot good practices and recommend improvements. Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities. Customer-focused mindset with active listening and patience. Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, JIRA, GitLab, Bitbucket, Confluence . Experience in Agile development environments is an advantage. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related discipline.

Responsibilities :
- Provide Quality Management System (QMS) support in Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
- Plan and develop IQA checklists based on assigned objectives and scope.
- Conduct IQA through desk checks and verification of process artefacts.
- Analyze evidence to assess sufficiency and draw valid conclusions.
- Prepare IQA findings and observations; communicate results to auditees and management.
- Perform follow-up verifications, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and effective.
- Provide support and guidance on QMS-related queries and processes.
