Job Responsibilities :
- Support implementation and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors across the South Asia region.
- Drive deployment, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems to support HR operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy.
- Track and report on module adoption, user engagement, and HR process completion.
- Monitor system performance, implement enhancements, and improve user experience.
- Ensure timely resolution of system issues and maintain high user satisfaction.
- Evaluate and support user training programs for effective onboarding and competency development.
