About the Role
Our Strategic Communications team in Singapore provides our clients with a comprehensive view of strategic communications that leverages our integrated suite of services, including financial communications, corporate reputation and public affairs in all the major markets around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with client counsel on all aspects of their communications programmes, with a focus on financial services and corporate comunications work.
- Provide input into and draft various communications materials for client programmes including communications strategies, investor relations programmes, strategic transaction counsel, press releases, client memos, stakeholder and issues mapping, and briefing documents.
- Build and develop relationships with the financial press, analysts and fund managers, where relevant.
- Deliver high-quality work within project teams.
- Under guidance and supervision, lead various tasks related to client engagements.
- Assist senior team members in developing new business initiatives (e.g. conducting research on prospects, developing strategic approaches and ideas, reviewing presentations and proposals, etc.).
- Actively contribute to both internal and external meetings by offering strategic and creative insights.
- Maintain a self-driven passion to stay abreast of client issues and related industry trends, participate in industry networking events and inform team leaders of potential new business opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Majors in Public Relations, International Politics, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a similar field is preferredMinimum 3-6 years of relevant experience at communications agency or in-house rolePrepared to learn and utilise new and emerging approaches to communications as part of a leading global communications consultancy business.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.Excellent interpersonal skills.Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.Ability to work with senior team members and the client in demanding, deadline-driven situations.A collegiate and collaborative team player that also has the ability to work independently, take initiative and set priorities.A collegiate approach to working in a diverse team across the Asia region and also globally to handle requests from international clients.An aptitude and desire for learning and ongoing development.Regional / Global travel to client office(s) and / or FTI regional office(s) as needed.Able to attend early / late hours’ regional / global meetings as needed.Tell employers what skills you have
