Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (3–5+ years’ experience) to join our Technology team. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, and work closely with hiring managers and professionals to shape careers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the technology space.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Source, interview, and manage high-calibre technology candidates.
• Achieve quarterly revenue and activity targets through 360 business development and delivery.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to the wider team’s success.
