Job Summary :

The Bar Supervisor will oversee daily bar operations at Mama Diam and Lou Shang, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality cocktails and mocktails and exceptional guest service. This role involves leading and training the bar team, maintaining inventory and stock levels, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting in drink innovation. The Bar Supervisor plays a key role in cultivating a warm, engaging atmosphere while driving operational excellence and team performance behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service

Lead, supervise, and support bartenders throughout their shifts for both Mama Diam and Lou Shang.

Ensure guests receive high-quality service and beverages

Monitor and manage bar inventory to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels for both Mama Diam and Lou Shang

Coordinate with kitchen, floor staff, and management to ensure seamless service

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards in every beverage you make.

Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain a balanced cash drawer during your shift.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, cocktail techniques, and responsible alcohol service guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
