about the company

We're looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to join our team in Singapore. This is a critical role where you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) system, from daily support to strategic optimization

about the job

• Provide hands-on support for our daily operations on the Dynamics 365 F&O system, ensuring its full functionality and reliability.
• Design, develop, and test system fixes and enhancements requested by users. This includes customizing objects like tables, forms, reports, and EDTs.
• Build and improve integrations with other cloud applications and streamline process flows. You'll also use Dynamics 365 data to create custom Power BI reports and enhance our data warehouse.
• Lead efforts to optimize the ERP system, focusing on improving performance, enhancing business processes, and finding opportunities for cost-saving and increased productivity.
• Manage our Azure tenant VMs and services, troubleshoot system issues, and follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Work with global teams, including our partners in Japan, to manage project scope, quality, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Draft and review business process documents, user manuals, and functional design specifications.

skills and experience required

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O, including system configuration, user role design, and module deployment.

Microsoft Azure management, SSRS report development, Power BI, and / or Power Automate. You are also familiar with SDLC and Agile methodology.

In charge of troubleshooting issues, solving complex problems, and creating technical documents.
