Conduct stand‑up in‑house training such as new hire induction and manufacturing technical training.
Handle full cycle of recruitment for all levels of staff.
Handle employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
Liaise with educational institutions on internship programmes.
Administer external courses.
Liaise with government sectors / external training providers for training fund support.
Work closely with department heads and recruitment agencies on manpower needs.
Assist in handling employee disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain and update training records.
Translation of in‑house training materials.
Develop / Update training materials in accordance to business needs.
Maintain proper filing system.
Support in HR initiatives and engagement activities.
Administer employee benefits.
Monthly submission of reports to superior / HR manager.
Perform any other duties as assigned by HR manager and or Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree / Diploma in HRM or related fields.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and other regulatory guidelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi‑task and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
