Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a System Analyst to coordinate and manage obsolescence, vulnerability, and security-related projects. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor management expertise to ensure risks are mitigated, projects are delivered on time, and business objectives are met.

You will act as the key liaison across internal teams, management, and external vendors, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage obsolescence and security-related projects across the division.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Monitor and track remediation efforts, budgets, and project deliverables .
• Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and reports to management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Align vendor capabilities with business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for vendor management processes.
