AS400 Developer, Banking (6-month renewable contract) - EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain AS400 program as according to business user’s requirement. AS400(IBM iSeries), RPGLE / AS400, CLP / 400, CLLE / 400 programming language, AS400 / Query, SQL and IBM MQ experience is essential to perform task efficiency.
• Be responsible to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Be responsible for unit testing, debugging, performance testing, support full project SDLC, documentation, code review and troubleshooting.
• Be accountable for on-time delivery of all documentations, design, build, testing, and deployment according to the work breakdown structures
• Work with production support teams as required to support production activities, including production migrations, continuity testing, environment migration activities
• When necessary, you will escalate critical technical issues and potential problems as needed to the Application Lead, Project Manager to address any related issues in advance of deadlines.
• To work on toolset (ALDON, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence, ARCAD)
• To track project status progress and follow up with respective parties for updates
• To provide weekly project progress reports and meeting minutes writing
