Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain End User Computing (EUC) tools, primarily built using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Maintain and enhance systems using SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and other database technologies on Windows Server.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall methodology.
• Lead and manage a team of 3–4 engineers, ensuring quality delivery and performance.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, especially the Bank IT Department.
• Ensure smooth operations and proactively suggest improvements in the maintenance and development processes.
