Job Description & Requirements
Reporting to the Director and leading a team of F&B Retail and Event , this role will be mainly responsible for strategizing, executing, delivering and supporting all Retail and Event activities to align and maintain the consistency in F&B.
In partnership with the Retail and events team, you will also be in charge for growth initiatives, flagship / seasonal / showroom / PR installations, event coordination.
This includes giving consistent merchandising direction and training store management teams on current visual standards and guideline presentation. You will also identify areas of business opportunities with the Operations team and deliver an action plan.
Lastly, you will support flow of communication between the store and management staff and work with stores to interpret guidelines to meet the needs of their business
You should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years events and retails experice within F&B and retail / fashion industry. Prior regional experience would be advantageous for this role. You must have the ability to create strong visual presentations that drive business,
A strong communicator and leader with the ability to be creative and inspire people and has experience managing, training and influencing others.
Knowledgeable in computer applications such as MS Office and Photoshop or Illustrator would also be valuable for this role.
