JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build rapport and meaningful connections with customers and offer expert advices on scalp and hair health.
• Mentor team members and grow together by providing training and guidance.
• Lead by example and collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Drive both individual and team success through exceptional service and results.
• Take ownership of outlet operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Stay ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment, technologies.
• Keep informed of all promotions offered by outlets from time to time.
• Handle the required outlet administrative work.
• Support your teammates when they need you the most e.g. knowledge sharing and duty coverage.
• Represent our brand with pride as a trusted Ambassador of the Company.
• Take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.
