RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Finance (OFIN).
• Financial Reporting
• Review financials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate presentation.
• Prepare regular financial performance reports and dashboards, utilising Powerpoint, Power BI, Excel.
• Support budgetary control, including monitoring of fund utilisation and performing system budget / fund transfers in SAP.
• Planning & Analysis
• Facilitate budget & forecast submissions.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and market benchmarking to evaluate policies and framework.
• Process Improvement
• Enhance data collection and calculations.
• Design and build process automation, leveraging on tools such as Power Query, Visual Basic (i.e. Macros), RPA.
• Systems implementation
• Understand and document data structures, requirements, use cases and test scenarios.
• Undertake user acceptance testing.
• Any other duties as assigned.
