What the role is :
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven performance management and financial analytics to support strategic decision‑making
- Drive the design and maintenance of dashboards and reporting systems to monitor philanthropic outcomes and operational efficiency
- Spearhead data quality initiatives and process improvements to enhance analytical capabilities and reporting accuracy
What you will be working on :
Financial analytics and performance management :
Develop and maintain comprehensive performance management dashboards, including KPI tracking and financial metrics, for real‑time monitoring of key performance indicators and strategic objectivesConduct in‑depth financial analysis and modelling to support strategic planning and resource allocationDesign and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial and operational dataLead data cleaning and standardisation initiatives to improve data integrity across systemsBusiness intelligence and reporting :
Transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior management and stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and develop solutionsDesign and implement automated solutions to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processesBuild and maintain documentation for data governance, SOPs, and reporting processesOther duties :
Lead projects and assignments as and when neededWhat we are looking for :
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or performance management rolesDemonstrated experience in data cleaning, dashboard development, and process automationExperience in implementing data quality frameworks and governance processesPublic sector experience would be an advantagePersonal Competencies :
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detailExcellent problem‑solving abilities and systematic thinkingProactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues
Strong project management and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsSkills & Knowledge :
Strong foundation in financial analysis and business metricsExperience in data cleaning, validation, and quality control processAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and financial modellingExperience with business intelligence tools and dashboard creationKnowledge of data governance principles & best practicesKnowledge of the social service sector / fundraising landscape would be an advantageOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
