Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
1. Resolve complex business user problems with PEGA application including PEGA Email Bot.
2. Able to work independently to provide production support and enhancement implementation.
3. Maintain and update standard documentation.
4. Support business users by responding within the designated service-level agreement (SLA).
5. Support project team with any issue relating to PEGA integration with external systems.
Requirements :
1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in system design, development, and maintenance of PEGA application. Relevant experience with PEGA email bot will be added advantage.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Expected Skillset :
1. Configuration and development on PEGA Customer Service and PEGA Email bot.
2. Knowledge on Application Security
3. PEGA Certified.
