Job Description
- Prepare and analyse cost comparison.
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
- Pre contract administration e.g. tender preparation.
- All other QS related job.
Requirements
1-3 yrs and above experience as QS with Main ContractorFamiliar with PSSCOC contracts.Degree / Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.Tell employers what skills you have
