Roles & Responsibilities

Summary of Job Role

To design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network to support business activities of TPFC and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade and administer Alcatel Lucent wired and wireless network AP, controllers and management modules.
• Manage and administer Peplinks, Radware Network Load Balancers, HP Aruba ClearPass 802.1x authentications.
• Perform network troubleahooting issue. Identification and resolution, network devices firmware patching, bug fixes and upgrading.
• Perform regular network performance monitoring to identify any possible performance issue.
• Doxument and maintain all network configurations, setup and inventory and SOP.
• Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required.
• Assist Head IT Infrastructure and Operaions to implement and carry out regular disaster recovery procedures.
• Assist Head, IT Infrastructure and Operations to manage and monitor vendor managed services and ensure SLAs are met in accordnance with the underpinning contracts.
