Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Refraction Testing & Dispensing : Perform accurate eye examinations and refraction tests; dispense appropriate optical products based on prescriptions.
- Contact Lens Expertise : Proficient in contact lens fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and identifying contact lens-related complications.
- Customer Advisory : Provide professional advice to customers on spectacle lenses, frames, coatings, and other optical products to suit their needs and preferences.
- Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Store Operations & Inventory Management : Assist in daily store operations, maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising, and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Brand Representation : Act as a Brand Ambassador, upholding the company’s image, values, and service standards.
- Sales Performance : Meet individual KPIs and actively contribute to achieving overall store sales targets.
- Cashiering & Transactions : Handle various in-store payment methods accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge & SOP Compliance : Stay updated on the latest products and promotions while adhering strictly to company SOPs and retail standards.
Requirements :
Registered (Fully / Pre-) with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).Diploma or Degree in Optometry.Training is provided.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
