Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of the AI and Data team, leading the business analysis function for AI / GenAI and data initiatives. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define requirements, assess feasibility, and guide the development of AI-driven and data-driven solutions.

Strategic Planning, Governance, Stakeholder Management

• Define and maintain the AI / GenAI and data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure AI and data initiatives meet governance and compliance standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Champion AI adoption across business units by articulating value propositions and use cases.
