Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare, review, and manage proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, technical) to ensure alignment of commercial activities with project delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and other commercial planning activities.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline1- 3 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role (energy, renewables, or engineering industry preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.Tell employers what skills you have
