Position Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Development Director – Asia Operations to take on strategic leadership and performance oversight of our existing offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and / or South Korea. This is a key regional role with a refined mandate focused on execution alignment, technical and regulatory leadership, and commercial strategy support.

This individual will act as a bridge between regional teams and Equalenergie HQ, helping drive the success of our Asian markets by strengthening local performance, ensuring operational continuity, shaping sales strategy, and representing the region to investors and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Oversight & Performance Leadership

• Provide day-to-day strategic oversight of Equalenergie offices in Asia.
• Ensure local offices operate in alignment with global goals, processes, and standards.
• Serve as a critical escalation point and HQ liaison for operational issues and cross-border dependencies.
• Track performance metrics, manage risks, and ensure alignment with development timelines.
