About the

Role

Lead and

organize production teams to achieve capacity, yield,

and cost targets.

Coordinate

with customers and suppliers to ensure

on-time delivery.

Establish reporting rules

and abnormal-event monitoring to

minimize defects in mass production.

Drive

ramp-to-mass-production readiness and

continuous improvement across operations.

Implement KPIs, dashboards, and escalation mechanisms for

stable, high-volume

output.

What You'll

Bring

Bachelor's

degree+ in

Microelectronics / EE / Materials / Physics / Chem / IE

(Master's a plus).

5+

years semiconductor manufacturing experience and

2+ years factory

management.

Hands-on mass

production lifecycle experience (setup &

ramp-up).

Proven stakeholder management with

customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Strong communication in

English ; data-driven mindset and

problem-solving.
