Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the bakeshop, ensuring smooth store administration and excellent customer service.
- Lead and train the service team to maintain high standards of customer engagement and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure seamless daily production.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to drive revenue, and meet business targets.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.
- Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, and operational performance.
- Plan staff schedules and manage workflow to optimize productivity.
- Assist in marketing efforts, promotions, and in-store events to boost brand visibility.
Job Requirements :
At least two years of experience in retail F&B, preferably in a leadership role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of coffee making is a plus.Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for artisanal baked goods and delivering exceptional customer service.Proficiency in MS Office for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis.Tell employers what skills you have
