New Product Introduction Engineer - WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead NPI projects from planning through to execution, ensuring smooth integration into plant operations.
• Partner with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to deliver seamless product and packaging introductions.
• Develop, update, and manage BOMs to align with assembly requirements.
• Oversee data accuracy in SFC and SAP systems.
• Provide technical support and understanding of Server & Rack assembly processes.
• Collaborate on innovative packaging solutions for racks and complex assemblies.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Offer hands-on assistance during production ramp-up stages.
• Ensure compliance by participating in ISO audits.
