Project Lead / Assistant Account Director - D14 Geylang, Eunos, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Lead to manage high-impact corporate events end to end. From pre-event pitches to execution, you’ll own the project delivery while working closely with our Account Managers and Creative team.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role. You must be able to plan with precision, manage multiple vendors, and lead onsite execution with zero compromises on quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers in pre-event stages to build proposals, budgets, and presentations.
• Lead project planning : timelines, rundowns, production schedules, risk management.
• Liaise directly with clients on requirements, expectations, and approvals.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and coordination (venues, AV, décor, catering, etc.).
• Oversee internal team deliverables across creative, operations, and logistics.
• Drive onsite execution : ensure smooth registration, program flow, performances, and show quality.
• Track project budgets and maintain cost discipline.
• Ensure all events meet creative, operational, and client standards.
