Reporting To : HR & Finance Manager / Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR cum Accounts Executive to support both human resources and accounting functions in our construction company. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and assist in financial record-keeping, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources

• Manage full-cycle recruitment : job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
• Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate training, performance Work Pass Application , and employee engagement activities
