Roles & Responsibilities
Salary : 11 / hr
Location : Novena
Working hours : Standard office hours, 5 days / week
Duration : 6 months
Job scope :
Maintain or Update intranet information pages for Finance and Clinic Ops
Manage routine and ad hoc tasks for Committees
Prepare information for committees meeting & other departmental meetings
Assist to update Clinic Execs Leave Roster
Generate / Prepare Reports Department Appointment Report (DAR) & Inpatients’ Admission
Prepare monthly Finance and Clinic Operations Report
Provide secretarial support & calendar management to Finance and Clinic Operations HOD
Liaison person for Finance and Clinic Ops Department operations
Other ad hoc duties as assigned, eg data entry for finance and clinic ops
Requirements :
Min A level or Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Organized and have administrative / secretarial experience
Full vaccinations required : Tdap, MMR, VZV, Covid (missing have to pay at own cost)
