The Project Manager - Electrical Systems will lead and manage
electrical engineering projects from concept through design,
coordination, and delivery. The role requires strong technical
expertise in electrical systems design for ESMC , coupled with
excellent project management and stakeholder coordination
skills.
Key
Responsibilities : Lead
electrical engineering projects for ESMC facilities, including
medium and low-voltage power distribution, lighting, emergency
power systems, grounding, and building automation.
Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and ensure
timely delivery of design milestones.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including
mechanical, process, fire protection, and instrumentation
engineers.
Ensure designs comply with local
regulations, international standards, and client
specifications.
Review and approve electrical
drawings, calculations, and technical submittals.
Manage communication with clients, contractors, and
vendors.
Identify project risks and implement
mitigation strategies.
Mentor and guide junior
engineers and designers in project execution.
Support commissioning, testing, and handover of
electrical systems where
applicable.
Qualifications
& Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
field.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in
electrical design for ESMC.
Proven experience
managing medium to large-scale electrical projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best
practices (e.g., NEC, IEC, local regulations).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project
management skills.
