Description :
Responsible for growth in market share within assigned
sales territory (Southeast Asia / India)
Manage
customers' expectations with quick response to customers'
queries
Provide technical consultation to
customers' requirements
Develop and manage
relationship with customers
Prepare costing,
quotation, and technical proposal
Support and
lead assigned projects
Develop and identify
business potentials
Perform market potential
analysis and competitor analysis
Propose and
implement sales strategy to meet company's growth and revenue
plan
Maintain close communication with
Regional Key Account Management to align regional
strategies
Other duties or projects, as
assigned
Job
Requirements : Diploma
/ Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics or Business
Management or its equivalent
5 - 7 years'
experience in automotive electronics industry. Preferably with
business development and sales experience
Sales / Business development experience in automotive
industry in Southeast Asia or India region
Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer
questions and requests
Goal-oriented and
extremely hard working
Self-driven,
independent and enthusiastic to succeed
Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving
results
Excellent presentation, oral and
written communication skills
Proactive,
extrovert personality, team player & goal focus
Ability to work under pressure in a structured
environment
Willingness to
travel
