Job descriptionChecks for appropriately licensed and maintained drivers and transport facilities according to HSSE policies . Key Interface with the Supply for diesel and lubricants Coordinators, Production Planner and 3rd party logistics service providers pertaining to shipment’s planning, scheduling, loading, fleet card management, diesel ordering and trucking operation. Checks documentation to ensure that all charges are captured and other information such as D.O, Invoice and Description are correct. Apply for the relevant permit and trade agreement exemptions required. To confirm that packed and bulk deliveries have been delivered as loaded and to resolve discrepancies . Receive PODs, check and confirm in system. Jurong area 5 days (Monday to Friday) Basic SAP and Shipping knowledge. ITE / GCE ‘N’ / ” O” / Diploma or its equivalent. No experience is also welcome, training will be provided. Able to use Microsoft Office. Good personality. Self-motivated, willing to learn new things. Able to take in ad-hoc assignment.
