Retail & Operations Executive (Contract, Full-Time)

We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team on a contract basis at our flagship store in Singapore - a key figure in the overall OSN offline brand experience.

The current position offered will be on a contract full-time basis as Retail & Operations Executive or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

Responsibilities include :

Retail :

• Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening / Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
• Assisting in setup and roll out of new stores locally and overseas
• Achieving or exceeding sales and customer growth targets
• Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
• Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns
• Reporting on a daily / weekly / monthly product and sales performance
• Contributing regularly at internal meetings with team members to optimise store operations, improve workflow and productivity
• Reporting to Retail & Community manager
