Support the Outlet Chef (OC) in running the kitchen

Manage Inventory and stock

receipt

Manage food preparations and cooking,

safety and hygiene practices to ensure our customers received the

exceptional culinary quality and experience

Creative and passionate in delivering quality

dishes

Communicate effectively

across all departments from kitchen to front of house.
