Roles & Responsibilities

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work with client, project team and collaborate with other fellow DBA, product managers, solution architects and technical services consultants to deliver leading-edge digital solutions in the domains of healthcare finance, regulation, disease outbreak, data analytics and corporate systems.

Business Analysis & Service Design

• Partner with the clients to understand business needs through human-centric design methods
• Create and analyse service journeys to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop compelling business cases for digital transformation initiatives
• Use visual methods to communicate complex processes and requirements
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
