Youth Work Associate (Community Outreach)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

As a Youth Work Associate, you will be responsible for conducting outreach engagements for the purpose of building rapport with youths at risk of mental health concerns, and facilitate group work sessions for all clients.

You will also be working closely with the Senior Allied Health Professional and Allied Health Professional in the planning and implementation of these activities, as well as to monitor clients’ condition and progress.

You will also provide support for all administrative reports that are required in the provision of CREST-Youth services.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Programme Implementation

• Engage youths through outreach activities for the purpose of building rapport, including planning, organising, and administering these activities
• Facilitate group support sessions for clients
